Shrimp Linguine with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

Linguine pasta400 g
Cooked shrimp280 g
Tomato basil sauce400 g
Garlic1 clove
Chili flakes4 pinches
Fresh basil (optional)4 sprigs
Olive oil4 tsp

Preparation

1.

If needed, thaw the shrimp, then peel them.

2.

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta at the end of cooking.

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the grated garlic, shrimp and chili flakes. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.

4.

Add the drained pasta to the pan with the tomato sauce. Mix and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.

5.

Serve the shrimp linguine in a deep plate. Add a few basil leaves if you have some. Adjust the seasoning to taste, it's ready!
