Heat the olive oil in a pan and gently cook the zucchini over low heat for 8-10 minutes until very soft, without browning.

3.

Cook the bubble pasta in unsalted water according to the package instructions, then drain.

4.

Remove the skin and any bones from the salmon and steam or poach it gently for 6-8 minutes until it flakes easily.

5.

Flake the salmon into small pieces, checking carefully for bones.

6.

Set aside a plain portion of pasta, zucchini and salmon for the baby, mashing or cutting it into small soft pieces.

7.

For the rest of the family, sauté the garlic briefly in the pan, then toss everything together with a squeeze of lemon juice and season to taste.

Tips

For babies starting solids, skip the garlic, lemon, and any added salt in their portion, and mash the pasta and salmon to a texture they can manage.
