Salmon Caesar Salad

Ingredients

Fresh salmon4
Little gem lettuce4
Parmesan shavings60 g
Country bread (sliced)4 slices
Caesar sauce4 tbsp
Lemon4 slices

Preparation

1.

Cut the bread slices into croutons.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the croutons and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Set aside.

In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper and grill for 6 minutes, until golden. Set aside.

Meanwhile, wash and chop the lettuce.

In a deep plate, add the lettuce, the flaked salmon, the parmesan shavings and the croutons. Drizzle with the caesar sauce and season with a squeeze of lemon juice. It's ready!
