Salmon Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

Dried tagliatelle400 g
Fresh salmon400 g
Liquid cream180 ml
Salted butter60 g
Garlic2 cloves
Grated parmesan40 g

Preparation

1.

If needed, thaw the salmon. Remove the skin and cut it into cubes.

Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. At the end of cooking, reserve a small ladle of the cooking water, then drain.

Meanwhile, melt a small knob of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the salmon cubes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.

In the same pan, add the grated garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring.

Add the butter to the pan and melt it over medium heat.

Once the butter has melted, add the cream and parmesan. Mix and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.

7.

Add the pasta and a splash of the reserved cooking water, if needed. Mix everything.

8.

Add the salmon and mix again.

9.

Serve the salmon Alfredo pasta in a deep plate. Sprinkle with any remaining parmesan and adjust the seasoning to taste. It's ready!
